I LOVE Halloween!
I love Halloween. No really, I LOVE HALLOWEEN!!!
Costumes, creepy, spooky, candy, skeletons, spiders, and bats—Oh my!
I think I have as much Halloween décor as Christmas décor. Most of the Halloween décor I have bought is of the inexpensive variety from Target $1 Spot, Dollar Tree, Walmart 97¢ OR have been product samples from my retail industry jobs purchased at discount employee only rates—lucked out on a carload of pumpkins and skulls one year! So excited that day!!!
Here are this years less than a 97¢-$3 finds from Walmart, Dollar Tree, Target $1 Spot.
Here is my to do list for creepin’ up our place for Halloween:
Stage our home by removing all the color except natural wood grain, black, white, grey and other neutrals.
Cover a lot of the furniture with white fabrics/sheets.
Hang white sheets to replace my curtains.
Create spooky vignettes where normal décor would be.
Fill clear glass jars and containers with candy corn and tea lights or creepy contents like spiders and spider webs, eyeballs, etc.
Make goblin stew (chili), cider, chicken salad monsters.
Creating my costume from something out of my wardrobe.
Decorate the front porch/yard with tombstones, pumpkins, grim reaper, etc…
Create craft coloring station for the little kiddos.
Décor I design myself from home is made out of paper and can be printed off my own printer like framable art and food labels.
Each year I do take on a few crafty Halloween projects.
This year I’m going to try and tackle these:

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
